These terms govern your use of agentlift.co and any form, offer, or program you access through it. They are a contract between you and Agent Lift, Inc. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or submit a form.

By visiting agentlift.co, submitting a form, or joining a waitlist, program, or offer described here, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a brokerage, team, or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old. Certain offers are limited to individuals who hold an active real estate license or who lead a licensed team, and we may ask you to verify that before granting access. Investment materials are subject to the additional conditions in Section 9.
Agent Lift is in development, with launch planned for Q4 2026. Descriptions of certification, curriculum, welcome kits, badges, tools, pricing, features, and timing describe what we currently intend to build. They are not promises, and they may change as the product develops. Any launch date we give is a target, not a commitment, and delays are possible.
Nothing on this site creates an obligation for us to deliver a specific feature by a specific date. If you are making a decision that depends on timing, contact us first and ask.
Our materials discuss income, override income, deal volume, commissions, and the earning potential associated with ADU expertise. Those figures are illustrations and examples. They are not projections, promises, or guarantees of what you will earn.
Results in real estate depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your market, your license status, your experience, the effort you put in, your brokerage relationship, local inventory, interest rates, and general economic conditions. Any calculator, scenario, or sample number on this site is a hypothetical for illustration only. Individual results vary, and many people who begin a program like this do not achieve the results shown.
Testimonials and examples, where used, reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.
Content on this site is educational and general in nature. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, appraisal, lending, or brokerage advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and Agent Lift. Agent Lift certification is a private credential offered by our company. It is not a government license, not a state real estate license, and not a substitute for any license, permit, or continuing-education requirement that applies to you. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any government agency, association of REALTORS®, or state licensing board unless we say so explicitly in writing.
Accessory dwelling unit law is set locally and changes often. Zoning, permitted size, setbacks, parking requirements, owner-occupancy rules, permitting timelines, fees, and rental restrictions differ from one jurisdiction to the next, and can differ between a city and the county surrounding it. Anything we teach or publish is general guidance. Always confirm current requirements with the planning or building department that has authority over the specific property, and advise your clients to do the same.
Prices, discounts, founding-member rates, bonuses, and promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time before you complete a purchase, and may be limited in quantity or duration. An offer described on this site is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer to sell. The terms that actually govern a purchase are the ones presented to you at checkout or in a separate written agreement, and those control if they conflict with anything here.
Where a purchase or deposit is taken, refund and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of that transaction.
We use referral links and identifiers so that a team leader, agent, or partner can be credited when someone they refer signs up. Participation in any referral, override, or revenue-share arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement, and compensation depends on the terms of that agreement.
You are responsible for making sure your participation complies with the law and with your own obligations, including your brokerage agreement, state real estate licensing rules, and any restrictions on referral fees, rebates, or compensation that apply to licensees in your state. Some arrangements that are permitted in one state are prohibited in another. We do not advise you on that question, and it is yours to resolve.
We may withhold or reverse credit for referrals we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or generated through spam or misleading claims.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any securities offering by Agent Lift, Inc. is made only through the official offering materials on the funding portal hosting it, and those materials control.
Where we reference an offering, securities are offered through Wefunder Portal LLC, a funding portal registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA. Agent Lift is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or funding portal, and we do not provide investment advice or recommendations.

The Agent Lift name and logo, the ADU Certified marks, and the text, graphics, curriculum, badges, photography, and design on this site are owned by Agent Lift, Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by trademark, copyright, and patent law. Patents are pending.
You may view and share our public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our materials, or use our marks, without our prior written permission. You may not represent yourself as Agent Lift certified unless you have completed certification and it remains active.

Our forms are hosted by GoHighLevel, and our pages link to Wefunder and to social media platforms. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their agreements, not ours.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Lift, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the site or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Lift, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any claim relating to how you represented Agent Lift or its certification to others.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing anything, please email us and give us a genuine chance to resolve the issue. Most problems are faster to fix by conversation than by litigation.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these terms as the platform develops or the law changes. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
